Exchanges

Exchanges are easy, simple and free! (Wowee)

If you love your gear but the sizing isn't quite right, we cover 100% of the exchange costs.

For exchanges, items are required to be in resaleable condition, meaning they should be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Contact us here and we'll sort out the rest for you.

Faulty products

In-line with our guarantee, if you receive a faulty product (manufacturing fault) we will send you fresh replacement piece free of charge.

Orders and Delivery

What happens once I place my order?

1. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number.

2. The magic bass gremlins bless your shirts and pack your order.

3. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email, meaning your order has been shipped.

Note: we aim to process all orders within 2 business days. If there is any problems and we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you via email.

Do you offer click and collect?

We do! Click and collect is available for those that wish to pick up their order in Canberra, ACT.

Orders will be available for pick up within 48 hours, contact us here to organise a pick up time.

Shipping Info (Australia)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status.

Standard shipping times to all major cities is approximately 2-5 business days

with express being approximately 1-2 business days (after dispatch)

For rural areas and remote areas, standard shipping can take up to 7 business days

General

Are all your designs limited?

Technically, yes.

When we release new designs, we do only have a limited quantity of each. Whether we re stock them depends on popularity with our audience (you guys)

However when we develop new designs that we feel represent the brand and that are popular, we intend to re fill them so more people can access them.

So if there was a design that sold out quickly before you could get your hands on it, you'll probably get another chance to get one.

Sizing

Currently we only stock sizes ranging from M-2XL.

Within the product description of each product you can find a size chart with measurements for the width, length and sleeve length, as well as size recommendations based on height and bodyweight.
